What to Expect
A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Survival to Self Advocacy Retreat in Hood Canal, WA is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.
An energizing vinyasa or a restorative yin class will be taught daily by co-founder Chianna Chiem in a heated studio.

Accommodation Options
Early Bird Special Ends April 30th, 2026
This is a private room. To add a person to your room is an additional $450.
This is a shared room with 2 full beds. Add an additional person to your bed for $425.
This is a single occupancy room with a twin bed with trundle. Add an additional person to your room for $425.
Pitch a tent on the property and truly immerse yourself in the PNW experience. Adding a person to your tent is $425. If you are coming from out of town and need camping gear, please email caitlyn@lionlightwellness.com to inquire about borrowing a tent and sleeping bag.
FAQs
Can I bring my own food?

You are more than welcome to bring your own snacks and food. We will have accommodations for all diets. It is important to note that alcohol and drugs are not permitted.
What should I bring?

Washington in the summer is unbeatable but the weather can still be unpredictable. Bring layers such as hoodies and jackets for at night and swimwear to enjoy to the water! Bring walking shoes and a water bottle. Most importantly, bring a good attitude!
Can I leave the retreat early?

The last day is simply breakfast and check out, so if you need to leave Sunday night, you are welcome to leave after the fire ceremony.
What if I don’t want to participate in an event?

This is your time, and you may decline any offerings if you wish to have more free time.
What if I am coming from out of town?

We can coordinate a carpool, and please let us know when signing up. If you need to borrow camping equipment, please let us know as well, and we will try our best to accommodate.
